Challenge

Kinks and Curls Natural Hair Salon needed a newsletter that could do it all: spotlight events, highlight glowing customer reviews, showcase products as they built out their online store, and educate customers on the emerging role of AI in the natural hair space.

But they didn’t just need the words—they needed someone who could bring the whole thing to life. With my experience designing in Canva and managing campaigns through Mailchimp, I was able to write, build, and deliver a newsletter that matched their brand and met their goals.
